Fitness update results with lucy

Hi everyone,


I'm still on health and fitness on my blog, 

So today let's talk how to stay in shape the easy way. 

I use results with Lucy


I've been using this program on and off since it came out! I have a monthly subscription for £12.99 and I haven't cancelled it since is signed up as I really feel I will always use this in some form. 

So let's talk results with Lucy and why I choose this program. First off I love that you can choose the work outs you do from a huge selection, from HIIT ballet to abs like slabs. Lucy and her personal training the amazing Cecilia do the workouts with you and you here Lucy struggle some times which is great as you believe she works hard with you and is not a celeb jumping in the bandwagon.

You can use the preset  play lists which links different videos together to make a full program or you choose your videos to make your own workout, I do wish there was a way to make your own playlist though. There are new videos every week. 


I normally do Lucy's play list there is one for every day of the week. 

I have to say I love Cecilia who is the personal trainer, she is so nice but kicks your ass in to shape

The best thing about results with Lucy is you get a high intensity work out from the comfort of your own home, no gym fees no stress about people staring at  you working out. Plus it really has videos for everyone.
