I have just started to look into our ski holiday this year. I am a beginner so we have decided to hit the slopes in Europe this year for me to go ski school. I can not wait. I have had a few ski days here at Nevis range but the snow is not as good as abroad. I thought I would get myself in the mood by going ski clothing shopping and I thought it would be fun to bring you along and show you what I am buying. I know you all love these posts so I will stop rambling and show you what I am picking.
I like to get my ski wear from simplyhike.co.uk. I have used them loads in the past and their ranges are amazing. everything below will be on their site if you want to get any of my picks.
Nils Woman's Beth Jacket £169.99 RRP £339.99
I love the white colour and the blue really makes this jacket stand out to me.
It is stuffed with synthetic down and has lycra cuffs with thong thumb this will keep me warm on the slopes and make sure snow doesn't go up my arms when I fall. It is of course fully waterproof
To go with this
Helly Hansen Women's HH lifa active graphic crew £18 RPR£45.00
This is a perfect base layer it has moisture wicking and insulating fabric so perfect for hitting the slopes. I also love that it is lightweight so it allows ease of movement.
Nils women's Betty pants £219.99
No shock the matching pants to the jacket. I have never worn white trouser before so this will be a first for me. These are slim fit which I like. Fully waterproof and made of stretch material for ease of movement. These have builtin gaiter and a back pocket. These look lovely
To go with these a couple accessories
Anon womans lightweight Mfi Neck warmer £15. I love that this matches my jacket. I hate having a cold face and this will cover my nose.
Stance Hello kitty All mountain ski sock £9.99
Come on these are the cutest ski socks I have ever seen get in my basket. they have a toe box oven too keep your toes super cosy. I have a problem with cold feet and these sound like a winner to me.
Jack Wolfskin Women's Exolight 3 in 1 jacket. £170 RPR £340.
I do like a bit of Jack Wolfskin. I have had lots of clothing from the brand and I have always loved them. I love that this is two jackets in one this means I have control of the warmth level. Fully waterproof and down insulted. This has ski pass pockets something I find super handy on the slopes.
I love the purple and black combination.
The matching pants
Jack wolfskin Exolight Pants £85 RPR £170
Again all the quality you expect from jack wolfskin and more in these. Fully waterproof and incredibly warm. It has micro guard for heat retention. They also come with suspenders which I like but they can be detached if you prefer not to have them. They have integrated gaiters.
Not going to go with this outfit but when I saw these Manbi pattered tube sock £4.97. They are so cute I might have added two pairs to my basket. You can never have enough fun socks, can you?
I think I had better check out before my husband takes my bank card away.
