The weather is a bit brighter and next week the days will get longer with the clocks going forward. I am so excited about summer this year. I have been apprehensive about really letting myself get too excited about the possibility of a more normal summer. But I am so hopeful we will get to be a bit freer. I am desperate to see family and friends that are further afield. I am desperate to go out out. I am desperate to really do anything I haven't been able to. I miss dressing up. I know I kinda get dressed up to take photos for this site but I want to have a reason to really get dressed up and feel excited and if I am honestly a bit nervous about going out. 

I have remained pretty positive about lockdown I am I know in one of the most beautiful parts of the UK. My house backs on spectacular mountains and my front-facing view are of this isle of Skye and the Small islands. I mean Yes I am a highlander at heart and I love it here at home. But I am a traveller and I love to learn and meet new people and experience things. This has not been possible and I like all of you to miss it terribly. I miss the rush of packing for a trip and trying to ram closed my suitcase. I miss trying to justify taking three pairs of pretty much the same pair of heels. I miss city break and spa break and the smell of street food on a warm day in Europe. I am so excited to be excited about summer and the prospect of a staycation. Today's haul is all about that Its all about fashion for the summer I am planning. You know this woman loves a haul. 

Today we are doing a Femme Luxe haul. If you don't know about Femme Luxe, where have you been? They are an online fashion store that stock everything from Summer Tops to dresses to jeans and bikinis you name it they have it. They really are your one-stop-shop for fashion. Oh did I mention they are super affordable too? Honestly, I love their clothes. Plus they do amazing sales and discount codes so keep your eye peeled for them. 

This is the Blue Chinese Print Mesh Bodycon Midaxi Dress - Vivienne size 6. This to me is the perfect beach holiday cover-up. It is so cute. It is photographing a bit sheerer than it actually is.  I have always loved an electric blue colour and this dress does not disappoint. I think it is so lovely. I love the Chinese print on it too. I am wearing a black bikini under it as I thought this would show you how sheer it is in photos. It is stretchy material which is good. I really like that it is high necked too It makes it look a bot more put together add some heels and get to the bar and order your favourite beach bar drunk. 

This is the White Milkmaid Bodycon Mini Dress - Elettra size 8. I feel so Eurovision in this outfit in the best way possible. I love some Eurovision and I am not ashamed to say it loud and proud. This is such a cute little white dress. I think I will need to get some sticky boobs to wear under it as my current strapless bra is too tall if that makes sense. This would just so cute for a summer day. I would pair it with some cork style wedges and some layered necklaces. 

This is the Wine Ruched Midi Bodycon Dress - Taylor size 8. I love this dress for so many reasons. I love the style and fit. It is so good for my hourglass figure. I love the wine colour. I think the ruffles are the perfect way to add that little something extra to the dress making it look special and spicier. I would team with killer heels and hair up with more natural makeup and a nude lip. This dress screams take me out. If you like a tighter fit size down in this one. 

This is the Grey Marl Ribbed Oversized Round Neck Jumper Side Pocket Skinny Joggers Loungewear Set - Kori size S/M. Come on you didn't think I would not have included one loungewear item. Come do you know me at all? I love this little grey set so much so I am wearing it as I write this post. It is so comfy and cute. It is like wearing pj's but you dont have to feel guilty about wearing them around the house as it loungewear. Plus my saying is in lounge wear dont care! I love loungewear on a daily and this is not different.
