As you know I like to think I know a thing or two about beauty products. It is after all my job to review products.  I am always on the lookout for new and interesting products to review and test for you all. This gives you all the information you need to make an informed decision if you should spend your hard-earned cash on these products. 

Today I am talking about and reviewing Dead Sea Dream and I have a lot to talk about. 

Who is Dead Sea Dream? 

This brand and concept were founded by Louise who was inspired to change the way we all approach our physical and spiritual well-being by looking at how we nourish our bodies and restore taking some self-care time and how we balance our lives. She wanted to make taking some quality self-care time the new normal. I am all for this. Louise wants all of us to have a stress-free safe and serene space in our homes by creating a home spa. 

She is an extensive world traveller and gained expertise and knowledge on her travels. She wanted to harness her deep connection with the dead sea and the mineral-rich waters there. She knew the therapeutic power of flotation in ancient curative spaces and wanted to harness this and make it part of our everyday lives. Making us slow down and reconnect with ourselves in a healthy and positive way. 

All the Dead Sea Dream products are crammed packed with the best ingredients but I will focus on the key ingredients in all the products for more info check their site. 

Floatation Bath Salt Crystals

First things first this is a massive 450g of bath salts and it comes with a little resealable lid. How many times have you had bath salts that have only one lid so have ended up soggy. It's the little things that make a difference when you are buying products. This has helped to keep the bath salts fresh every time I have used them. Dead Sea Dream is smashing the game here. 

I add a good handful in a hot bath and the smell is delicious. It is like all my favourite scents in one. Dead Sea Floatation Bath Salts have Dead sea salt, jojoba and coconut oil in them.

The scent lingers in the bathroom creating the most relaxing yet invigorating aroma.  It smells like a luxury spa. I soak in the bath for about 30 minutes and I feel so relaxed and my skin feels wonderful after this treatment. Yes, I am calling it treatment as it is divine. I highly recommend these. 

Defining Body Cream

I love body cream and I am fussy. We all know how fussy I am. There are so many subpar body creams out there that smell pretty but do nothing whatsoever. I am so happy that Dead Sea Dream Defining body cream is not one of these. It has Dead sea salt water, caffeine vitamin E and ginger extract. 

The Body cream feels lovely on the skin. It absorbs instantly and leaves a subtle scent. I really appreciate this. I am not the biggest fan of overpowering body creams. This body cream scent is beautifully delicate with a salty twist. It leaves my skin hydrated and nourished in the best possible way.

 Refining Body Scrub

I know you shouldn't really choose favourites but I have been wanting these types of scrub products to be developed for a long time.  I love a body scrub but I need it to be scrubby. I want grit I want it to really give me a good scrub. Come on how many body scrubs have you tried that do nothing. That is just expensive rubbish. Luckily I have found Dead Sea Dream Refining Body scrub. 

OH MY GOSH, this is scrubby I love it. It leaves your skin invigorated and I can feel the skin being exfoliated. The blood flow was drawn to the area and this boosted my circulation. A good scrub helps with so many skin issues from dry skin to ingrown hairs. It is a must-have. And did I mention smells divine?

Glowing Hair Mask

I am a hair mask connoisseur. Well, I guess you should be in at least one area. Let's get the elephant out of the room. I have bleached blonde fine hair but lots of it. My hair needs a really good hair mask. My hair needs looking after and I wouldn't be putting any bad product on it. I need to give it all the TLC it deserves. 

I like a really thick hair mask and the Dead Sea Dream Glowing Hair Mask does not disappoint in this area. this one is a bit different to the normal and run-of-the-mill hair masks. 

How to us
Massage into wet hair, focusing on the ends. After 2 minutes, drizzle a small amount of water onto your hair and massage the mask. Leave on for five minutes and rinse thoroughly. Can be used on a daily basis.

I am a rebel and I leave it on a bit longer than the above because my hair needs it.  It's crammed packed with Dead Sea water, shea butter olive and argan oils. I wish I could send the smell of these products through the screen to you. Honestly some of the best-smelling products on the market. 

My hair is left feeling nourished detangled and silky smooth. Just wonderful. This is a 250ml product but a little goes a long way and will last me ages.

Purifying Mineral Mud Mask 

My skin has been a nightmare lately I mean a complete nightmare. You see I am not saying this to boast but my skin never really causes me any bother. I am super lucky this way. I normally have the odd breakout or dry skin if I have been spending too much time outside but that has all changed lately. 

I have had a really long period of sickness and this has taken its toll on my skin. I have blackheads and spots galore. So when I saw this mask I was delighted. 

The Purifying Mineral Mud Mask is super deep cleansing. It has really helped calm my skin down. It has helped to clear my distressed and decongested skin. 

Apply evenly to cleansed, dry skin, on areas where you need it the most. Can be applied from head to toe, carefully avoiding the eye area. Relax and unwind for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse the skin and pat dry. Can be used up to twice a week.

I have been using this twice a week and I can see the difference in my skin texture. I wish I had taken before and after photos.  For someone who never gets a breakout. I suffered really badly with confidence when this happened. I felt like people were looking at me even when they weren't. This has really cleared up my breakouts.

 Nourishing Hand & Foot Cream

Now I am not a big hand or foot cream kinda gal. I find them a necessity over luxury. I am a mountain biker and my hands are used to being used quite hard. I am outside in all weathers holding on to the handlebars and this makes my hands not as nice as I would like. Equally, my feet get put in waterproof socks and mountain biking shoes. 

It is an area of my self-care I need to up my game in and I know it. I used the Nourishing Hand & Foot Cream mostly on my feet if I am honest. I found it hydrating and really helped the dry areas of my feet. I would say this one has a different scent. You can smell the tea tree in this one. Which I like but I know tea tree is some people's kryptonite. 

It is a nice consistency not too thick and it absorbs really quickly and leaves no residue. Just nicely hydrated skin.

I really hope you like the review of these Dead Sea Dream products and you have found some new products to try. It is very rare that I like every single product I am sent from a brand but there is always an exception to the rule and I think Dead Sea Dream is just that. I love every product and I will continue to use and enjoy them.
