Verdict: Rhode feels more nourishing than Laneige but lighter than Summer Fridays, so it hits that sweet spot between skincare and shine.

Performance and Feel

The first thing you notice is the scent, then the texture: silky and buttery, yet weightless. It glides on evenly, giving an instant sheen that makes your lips look fuller than lip gloss shine. Within minutes, dryness disappears and the lips feel genuinely conditioned rather than coated. I have never come across a lip product that nourished and moisturised my lips so quickly. It makes my lips look full and visibly plump and reduces the fine lines. 

I have been wearing it through windy Highland walks with Mylo and long mountain-bike rides, and it has held up impressively. Even after hours outdoors, my lips still feel soft and moisturised. What magic is this, Hailey Bieber Rhode's have developed?

My Honest Thought

I spoke above about my lip struggles. Honestly, I can get really embarrassed by my lips. I don't know anyone else whose lips are like mine.  They swell like I have had filler and go red and have a natural lip liner. I was once asked where I had my lips done. It's not just in winter, either; it happens with any change in weather, so in summer or when travelling. I hate it. I also mountain bike in extreme weather. Just to add to my problems with my lips. So, as you can imagine, I have tried every kind of lip treatment possible.
