Surround Yourself with Positivity

Another good thing to do would be for you to surround yourself with positivity. Negative messages regarding your body image are all around you, and at times, you may find that they end up antagonising you about your own insecurities. If you want to help yourself, then you need to make sure that you surround yourself with positivity. 

You also need to make sure that you take the time to focus on the things that make you feel good, and that you curate your social media. You also need to make sure that you proactively eliminate the things that are making you feel bad. If you see a negative post on social media and this affects you in some way, then simply click hide on the post. If you can do this, then you will notice that you end up feeling better within yourself, and that you are also able to see yourself in a more positive light.
