April always feels like it should be a fresh start. The mornings are a bit lighter, the evenings are stretching out, and you start thinking ok… maybe we’re coming out the other side of winter now. I love this time of year with young lambs in the fields, and all the flowers are finally coming out.

But this is the UK, so I’m not getting too excited about the wether yet. One minute it’s sunny, the next it’s pouring again. Standard. Still, as we say in Scotland, don't cast a clout til mMay is out. It does feel like a nice time to do another giveaway.

MissLJBeauty has been part of my life for so many years now. Through mountain bike races, dog walks with Mylo, testing products on my bathroom floor, house moves, stressful moments, wins, and everything in between… you’ve been here, and I am so thankful.

A Proper Thank You

Running MissLJBeauty has never just been about reviews. It’s about sharing real life. Testing skincare after muddy bike rides. Writing honestly about what works and what doesn’t. Learning as I go and building something that actually means something And having people read it and support it still blows my mind a little bit.
