I don’t want to jinx it… but it’s starting to feel like summer might actually happen this year.
The lighter evenings are here, I’ve started reaching for sunglasses again, and for the first time in ages, I’m actually excited about what’s coming up. Mainly because I’m going away this month. And honestly, I think I need it. A proper break, a bit of sun (hopefully), and a reset after what’s felt like a long stretch of winter, work, and everything in between.
Even just having something to look forward to changes your mood, doesn’t it? That’s what May feels like this year. A bit of a turning point.
MissLJBeauty has been part of my life through so many different seasons now. The busy ones, the stressful ones, the really good ones… and everything in between. From muddy bike rides to testing skincare way too late at night, to dog walks with Millie and Mylo, where I’m half thinking about blog ideas… it’s all part of it.
And you being here, reading, following along, entering the giveaways… it genuinely means a lot.So this is just a little way to give something back.
