Get a Younger Looking Face in a Flash With my Tips!

Hi everyone,
how are you all today? Something I know a lot of women stress about is having a younger looking face. We all age naturally, but some seem to do so more than others. Sometimes this is down to lifestyle factors, others it’s just the way our genes are programmed. The tips outlined in this guide should help you to get a younger looking face in a flash:

Get a Better Quality Sleep

It isn’t just about getting lots of sleep; you need to make sure you’re getting a good quality sleep. You can do this by making sure all the lights are shut off, you have a comfortable bed, and you’re relaxed before you drop off.

Keep Up a Good Skincare Routine

Regularly cleanse, tone, and moisturise your face to keep it in great condition. You should only ever use products to suit your skin type, so make sure you know what it is. Don’t just buy products for the sake of buying products. You should also exfoliate and apply a face mask every so often.

Drink 3 Litres of Water Per Day

Drink 3 litres of water per day to flush out your system, brighten your eyes, and clear your skin. You should notice a huge difference after keeping up a routine like this for a while.

Eat More Vegetables

Vegetables should be the main part of any healthy persons diet. You can’t expect to turn back the clock if you’re filling your body with junk food! Eat lots of veg and make sure they’re the base for the majority of your dishes.

Cut Out Junk

Stop eating processed, sugary, and salty foods. Keep them to a minimum if you have to have them, making 80-90% of your meals healthy and natural. You should also avoid diet foods. Many people think they’re healthy, but they’re not. They’re filled with chemicals and other nasty ingredients, so keep them away from your body.

Get Some Exercise

When you compare a person who exercises side by side with somebody who doesn’t, the difference is so clear. I don’t know one single person who exercises who looks older than they are. Everybody who works out looks at least a few years younger!

Stop Worrying

Did you know that stress can not only make us put on weight, stop our periods, and effect our health in others ways - it can make us look older too. Just because you can’t see stress, doesn’t mean it isn’t a real problem! Stop worrying. Do things you enjoy, take deep breaths, and try not to think too far into the future. Many people create issues in their head. You have more catastrophes in your head than you do in real life!

Treat Yourself

Why not treat yourself to a skin treatment? There are so many that can help the skin; facials, a thread lift, and even microdermabrasion. Do some research so you know what kind of treatment is suited to your skin.

Use Makeup to Suit Your Skin Type

Your makeup needs to suit your skin type too. If it doesn’t, it can sit in your pores and won’t do you any favours.

Use these tips and you’ll look younger virtually straight away!

Easy Ways To Start Drinking Healthier Drinks

Hi everyone,
How are you all?

One of the things that I struggle with when it comes to a healthy diet is staying hydrated. I need to drink throughout the day, and I especially need hydration for when I'm exercising. But even so many drinks that are meant to be healthy are full of sugar. And when I want something to warm me up, caffeine is so tempting to help me stay awake. It's so hard finding drinks that are healthy and that taste nice too. Water is of course as good as you can get, but it's boring if it's the only thing you drink. So here are some of the way that I'm trying to make my beverages more interesting.

Natural Water Flavouring

I like to drink a lot of water because it's the easiest way to stay hydrated. However, plain water is in no way exciting. It's fine and I prefer it when I'm really thirsty, but I don't want to drink it all day. The trouble is, it seems like all the things to flavour your water are full of sugar or sweeteners. So instead of using squash or mixing water with fruit juice, I've been looking at other ways to flavour my water. One of the ones I like is squeezing some lemon or lime juice into my glass. It gives it a citrusy kick without me having to add lots of sugary fruit juice. Even though juice is full of nutrients, it's not great for your teeth. So I try not to have it too often.

Juices and Smoothies

If I'm looking for something delicious, I'll always turn toward a juice or smoothie. Juices can be made with vegetables as well as fruit, so there's a lot you can do. If you look at Matstone juicers, you can see what they're capable of. So I like making juices from carrots, tomato, spinach or anything I have in my fridge or cupboards. There are lots of recipes you can follow or you can make it up as you go along. I love a smoothie sometimes too, although they work better with fruit than veg! A strawberry and banana smoothie is always delicious, and it's easy to make one at home instead of buying one.

Decaf Hot Drinks

Most of us drink either tea or coffee when we want a hot drink. But both of these contain caffeine, and we often put lots of sugar in too. If I want a healthier drink, I sometimes go for a decaffeinated coffee or black tea with milk. However, I would much rather have a herbal or fruit tea that has no caffeine. If I want a treat, I will sometimes make myself a hot chocolate. But you have to be careful about how much sugar you use. It can be better to make it from scratch so you're aware of what goes into it. I also think that Ovaltine is an excellent option as an alternative to hot chocolate.

There are more ways to drink healthily, such as trying out different types of milk. If you want to have healthier drinks, there are lots of options out there to try.

My Guide To Quitting Smoking

If you want to look beautiful and stay fit, you can not smoke cigarettes. I know, you always see a celeb enjoying a cig between shoots. Then what do you know, when they next appear on a magazine cover, they look flawless. But, there is such a thing as photoshop. In fact, the media has got it down to an art form now. Remember those “The Heat” posters? You can make anyone look like a model with a little computer wizardry. But you don’t have that option, and smoking will severely alter your body and health. It will leave you with lines around your mouth and the lung capacity of a five-year-old. Here’s how to get that addictive craving off your back.

Don’t Go Cold Turkey

I know, there are many people who quit smoking by just throwing all their packs of cigarettes out. Then they spend two weeks or a year in a hell fighting a desire to buy another pack. It’s not fun, but that isn’t the reason why you shouldn’t opt for this route. The real reason is that it doesn’t work. You’ll be cold turkey, completely clean for around maybe a month? Then, you’ll be right back to going through your usual amount of cigs a day. In fact, many people find that once they try going cold turkey it get’s a lot worse. They’re smoking more than ever. You need to phase it out.

Don’t use Nicotine Patches Or Gum

When I was quitting smoking, neither of these resources worked for me. But that’s not why I’m arguing that you shouldn’t use them. A nicotine patch is just as harmful as a cigarette, don’t kid yourself into thinking it isn’t. You are essentially pushing nicotine straight into your bloodstream and if you think that’s better than using a cig, you’re wrong. Effectively by using patches, you’re streamlining the issue. Sure, it’s more socially acceptable but you are still damaging your body. As for gum, it tastes disgusting, and it doesn’t give you the same feeling you get from smoking. What you need is a replacement that isn’t as damaging.

Do Try E-Cigs

There are plenty of reasons why I would recommend a person trying to quit smoking try e-cigarettes. I’m not going to list all of them here. You you might be wondering: how do e-cigarettes work? Well, I can tell you how they work to help you quit smoking. First it’s a heck of a lot cheaper than regular smoking, and you can control your nicotine intake. You can start off with a high amount and then gradually reduce it until you are using zero nicotine e-cigs. These are a lot better for you and have been shown to have had very few negative impacts on a person’s health.

Do Get Help

If you have an addiction you may be ashamed to get help, from friends or family. We’ve all been there but a support system is vital for success. You need people who are urging you to continue trying to get healthier. That way you’ll never want to let them down and eventually you’ll find you will never want to touch another cigarette again.

Adventurous Christmas Gift Ideas!

Hi everyone,

How are you all?

As you know I'm finally back on my bike so im looking for christmas gifts with a bit of adreniline thrown in.

Christmas is the perfect time to buy great gifts for the one you love. However, it isn’t all about buying physical things. Giving the gift of adventure can be a lot of fun too! Here are some adventurous Christmas gift ideas that thrillseekers and hedonists are bound to love:

Sports Car Driving Day

If you have a car loving male in your life or even a car loving female, a sports car driving day could be an amazing gift. There are some terms and conditions though, so make sure you read through those thoroughly to ensure this gift is suitable for them. You don’t want to purchase it only to realise they can’t use it anyway.

Zombie Apocalypse Adventure

Know somebody who is well into horror films and similar creepy things? Then they’ll love a zombie apocalypse adventure. You have to escape real life zombies (well, they’re actors but you know) and find a way to save the world. Absolutely terrifying, so perfect for people who love to be scared out of their minds.

Tickets to a Theme Park

Theme park tickets are a good gift for people of all ages. They’re a great excuse for a day out as a family too! There are lots of different theme parks to choose from, so there’s bound to be one accessible and suitable for you.

Hot Air Balloon Ride

Hot air balloon rides are a great gift for thrillseekers. Although you probably won’t end up dizzy or sick like you may feel if you were going to jump out of a plane. Hot air balloon rides can be a really romantic and a great way to see the area around you too.

Go Ape

Go Ape is great for active people who want to zipline through trees and overcome obstacles. It’s challenging but a lot of fun!

Bungee Jump

If you know somebody who always says they want to do this but never actually does, now is your chance to treat them. Bungee jumping is terrifying, but I don’t know a single person who didn’t enjoy it after they’d gone through with it!

Segway Day

Segways are a fun way to get around, and here you can navigate the woods and other areas on yours. A bit like a scooter except there’s pretty much no hard work involved at all.

Tandem Skydive

A tandem skydive could be a great gift if you know somebody brave enough to drop out of a plane. Many people compare bungee jumps to skydives, but they are actually very different. If you’re torn between the two, think about the person you’re buying for. A bungee jumper has to force themselves to jump off a ledge, while they don’t have to think about it for a skydive. They’re attached to a professional who makes the decision for them! Hopefully that will help you to make your choice.

Ready to surprise your loved ones with these adventurous gift ideas? Leave a comment if you have any ideas of your own to share!

Purple sauce what the premier inn?

Hi everyone,

How are you all?

So lets talk this months faves.

I'm starting with a food item this month

Purple sause by permier inn. This brand new sauce is part of there breakfast collection and I have to say it is awesome But you can only get it in the hotels for another few months as its a limited collection.  I have had it in a bacon bagel but if im honest its best with home potato wedges. its vinegar and blueberrie based its such a nice change from ketchup and brown sause.

what they say
""Created with the help of celeb chef Ed Baines, Purple Sauce is a contemporary addition to the traditional cooked breakfast, complementing your favourite sausages, bacon and eggs to perfection.
A great alternative to red and brown sauce, our secret Purple Sauce recipe has a blackberry base with natural ingredients including crushed chillies, toasted cumin, smoked salt and cider vinegar."

Ed Baines commented: "Purple Sauce is the perfect accompaniment to a cooked breakfast. Its smoky flavours really work well with meat – particularly pork – and its underlying fruity flavour leaves a delicious aftertaste that leaves you satisfied."

I really hope they dont discontiue this like they say they are going to I love it.
If you are staying at a permier inn or live near one you can grab a bottle for £8.25 Which is expensive for sause I have to admit but worth it for the taste and a little gos along way thats for sure.

what you tried this?

Im Already Thinking About Christmas

Hi everyone

How are you?
As I’m somewhat out of action at the moment, my mind has been wandering toward Christmas. I love it when all the family comes together, and I can catch up with my friends. Between us, we only have a few days off when we can be together. I love my family and friends to bits. One of the best things about this time of year is finding the perfect gifts for everyone.

I have been known to shop for the odd jumper or two at this time of year. I sometimes think you just have to go with your heart for what’s right. Guys seem happy to sit in tees while us girls are shivering away. They have only themselves to blame when I intervene with something woolly! I’m actually quite keen to buy family and friends fashion items. I think it’s always nice to get something new to wear in winter.

Of course, fashion accessories are the easiest things to buy in the world, but not the easiest to get right. I have to admit to cheating a little. I check out what my girlfriends are wearing and then buy something quite similar. I know it will be to their taste that way. I suppose gift buying is all about paying attention to what people might like or need. My mum had the tattiest purse you’ve ever seen. I’m sure the coins were falling out of the bottom. She had a lovely new one from me of course!

There are times when you can really be stuck for ideas. You can browse the gift ideas at for inspiration if you’re in a rut. Gift websites seem to have everything weird and wonderful. It’s usually quite helpful if they categorise the gifts by the recipient. For me, the retro gifts always make me chuckle.

Christmas is definitely the time for tradition and silliness. If you can combine the two then all the better. I always buy in a box of Christmas crackers. There’s something about wearing a paper hat and telling old fashioned jokes that make me feel warm and fuzzy inside. This year, I’m going to invest in non-slip table mats, though. All those flinging arms made a bit of a mess when glasses and plates got hit!

I may be careful about my weight, but even I know how to have fun at Christmas. Yule logs and roast potatoes are my favourite parts about the Christmas feast. This year I’m determined to enjoy them in moderation. I know I can keep the calories down by just having one glass of wine with the meal too. Most of my family won’t be interested in heading out in bad weather. But I think it’s good for you to walk off a big meal. I may have to ask Santa for winter waterproofs!

I can’t wait for it to be time to decorate the tree. I love sitting in the dark with the fairy lights twinkling away. It’s a great time of year and thinking about it is cheering me up right now. What is your family Christmas like?

How I Save Tonnes on Jewellery When I Shop

Hi everyone

How are you all?

Let talk pretty things I can't resist.
If there's one thing I can't resist when I'm shopping, it's jewellery. An outfit isn't complete until I've topped it off with something sparkly. But having a jewellery obsession isn't always very healthy for my bank account, even if it improves my wardrobe. Luckily, I have lots of ideas on how to save money when I'm looking for new pieces. I don't need to spend hundreds of pounds every time I get something new. But I don't have to stick to cheap rubbish either. If you know what to look for, you can get quality pieces at lower prices. Here are some of the ways that I save money on my jewellery habit.

Ignore Big Name Brands

Whenever I shop, designer brands can be tempting. But ultimately, I don't care whose name is on whatever I buy. Sometimes a label might indicate that it's a quality piece of jewellery. But often it's not much more than a status symbol. I don't mind buying anything, regardless of whether it's from Swarovski or Argos. You can save money on designer jewellery. However, if you limit yourself to famous brands, you'll have much less to choose from. I think it's best to be open-minded, and you can still find something that you love. Sometimes independent, homemade pieces are best.

Buy Lab-grown Gemstones

Not every piece of jewellery needs to have diamonds or other stones on it. However, I do love a bit of sparkle on anything I buy. Precious stones can be very expensive, though, as everyone knows. Diamonds can be especially costly, even though they come in a range of shapes, colours and sizes that affect the price. An alternative option that can save you money is man-made diamonds. But what are man-made diamonds? They are real diamonds, but instead of being mined, they're made in a laboratory. You can buy other stones that are made in the same way. Not only are they cheaper, but they're more ethical too.

Small Stones Over Large

If you can't resist a sparkly stone, one of my top tips is to choose smaller ones to save money. Lots of little stones on one piece will cost you less than one big stone. Some people don't like the bling look of a cluster of tiny gems, but you don't have to buy something covered in them. A classy line of small gemstones or a few carefully dotted about can look beautiful. Most importantly, it could save you a lot of money without having to compromise on quality.

Look for Discounts

Of course, the best way to save on anything is to look for great deals. I've bagged many a bargain by finding something on sale. As well as going shopping and buying something in-store, you can find loads of incredible offers online. Try checking voucher websites for discounts on lots of different pieces. You can often find shops getting rid of the last of their stock for very cheap prices.

It's easy to save money on jewellery if you know how. You only need a few ground rules and you'll get much more for your cash.

My Basic But Effective Guide To Losing Weight And keeping It Off

Hi everyone,

How are you all today?

Lets talk weighloss!
Belly, Body, Calories, Diet, Exercise, Fat, Female, Fit

Losing weight is one of the most common New Year’s Resolutions each year, but you don’t have to wait until 2016 to start trimming the fat.

If you start now, there’s no reason that you can’t start seeing positive results before the year is over. The key is to find the right plan of action and stick to it.

Here are my essential tips to help you on your journey.

Understand Weight Loss

One of the chief reasons that many people don’t gain the results they want is that they don’t understand how the body works. Knowledge is power, and you should always equip yourself with as much information as possible to make the most calculate decision.

Knowing more about the subject will help you determine the best options for your personal goals. More importantly, it will make you appreciate that this isn’t an overnight success story. It can take weeks for other people to notice your improvements. Don’t give up because you don't see fast results. You don’t have to lose the weight today, as long as you do eventually lose it.

If you are still unsure, you can always talk to a personal trainer or doctor about the best way to tackle the issue.

Combine Diet With Exercise

A lot of dieters believe that cutting their calories will help them lose weight. It will. But the results will be far greater if you combine it with regular exercise.

One of the hardest things about exercise in today’s modern world is finding the time. A 24/7 Fitness centre opens your options greatly, allowing you to fit physical activity around your schedule. This makes hitting the gym more flexible and more fun. Let’s face it, you’re far more likely to keep it up long-term when things are on your terms too.

If you are still struggling for motivation, teaming up with an exercise buddy could help tremendously. As well as boosting your exercise plan, they might be able to assist your quest for finding healthy and tasty treats.

However, there are still plenty of great recipes online. Once again, the key is to find something that you enjoy. After all, this health plan is a lifestyle change rather than a short-term fix. It’s imperative that you choose something that can be stuck to for the long haul.

After Care

Losing weight is a long slog, but it isn’t the only key factor in reaching your targets. Once the pounds have been shed, you’ve got to find ways of helping your body adapt.

The transformation will leave you with excess skin and other unwanted features. The effects are lessened by losing weight gradually rather than a crash diet. But you will still want to take care of these issues to achieve your ideal body appearance.

Most importantly, you must be careful not to let the weight creep back up. That’s not to say you can’t ever have a treat. Nonetheless, it would be a shame to see all your hard work go to waste.
