It's a Pawsome box

,Hi everyone,


How are you all? 

Millie & mylo have been spoilt again and here is there amazing gifts from Pawsome box
I case you don't know Pawsome is a monthly subscription box for dogs and cats! 

So the testers 

Millie is a 3 year old Springador she is mostly about two things sleeping and swimming. 
She is a strange pup in that she is not food orintated in any way. She will do anything for a tennis ball however. 

Mylo is the baby at 18 months. He's a Dalmatian who loves running with our bikes for miles. He is getting good a swimming. He is obsessed with his sister Millie.  Food wise he has Dalmatian tummy issues, anything over processed is not for him as it causes serious tummy issues. 

I love the inside of the box wish I could think of something to do with the box. Any ideas let me know 
Both the dogs were crazy excited when this was delivered. They know it's for them and just go ape. 

Mylo went straight for the ball. It was a good size but I have to say it didn't stand up to the mylo test and he killed it pretty fast but had an amazing timed doing it.


Millie was about the cow. Which is great you pop a old 2 litre bottle in it to add the stuffing. This is still alive and kicking and they both love playing with it. You just pop the bottle in the bottom and hours of fun.  




Let's talk treats



Good boy lollipop, This went down a treat! I gave this to Millie as I wasn't sure Mylos tummy would handle it. Like most Dalmatians he has a very sensitive tummy and I'm quite strict with him and his diet. 

Captain jacks salmon bites, The pups loved these but oh my gosh they smell terrible. I must love my dogs as they are delighted to get these! Both dogs go crazy for these. 


Pet munchies, liver & chicken training treats. Oh gosh these could be beef jerky in smaller bits.
There no way to discribe how much my dogs love these. They both enjoyed them and were begging for more. 

Last but not least poo bags. I think these are so cute I love that they have little paws on them.
In handy rolls for easy transport. These poo bags are not the type that poo bag fairies can carry so you have to pop them in the bin yourself. 

Just while we are on this fact, there is no poo fairies. The poo bags don't get carried away to poo fairyland other dog owns like me pick them up and put them in the bin so please pick up your own dogs poo and give us dog owner a good name. 
( sorry but this drives me mental)

How to Look and Feel Your Most Beautiful

Hi everyone? How are you all today?

Sometimes I know us women fret about not feeling or looking our very best. That is totally justified; sometimes you have days like that. However, with a little care, there are ways to make sure that you feel fantastic all the time. Here are a few ways you can help yourself feel and look great.

Exercise regime
So anyone who reads my blog, knows that I love staying in shape. I am a real advocate for fitness. Exercise is one of the best ways to help pick you up and leave you feeling fantastic. If you have had a really hard day at the office, it feels so good to let off some steam at the gym. Exercise releases endorphins which in turn leave you feeling positive and happier. Plus, you will feel so proud of yourself for sticking to your fitness regime!

Go to sleep
Getting enough sleep can work wonders. It is such a simple solution and something that we all seem to overlook. So many of my friends live this crazily busy lifestyle, trying to enjoy all the things they can. That is great in moderation, but sometimes you just need to take some time for yourself and get a good night’s sleep. Experts recommend at least eight hours of sleep. It is during this time that your body can recover from the day’s events. If you don’t get enough sleep, your body is not able to recover fully and can leave you feeling rough the next day. You can also tell when a person hasn’t had enough sleep thanks to those evil dark circles around your eyes. With enough sleep your skin will positively glow.

Cosmetic surgery
Not everyone will opt for this choice, but for the people who choose it, it can work wonders. If you aren’t happy with a part of your body and see the only way to fix it as being surgery, then you should go for it. We all want to feel great. Whatever your body hang up might be, there is most probably a fix for it. Like I found out, if you aren’t happy with the size and shape of your eyes, you can have eye cosmetic surgery! If you choose this option, be sure to find a good surgeon who can answer all your questions.

Meditation
This one is my wild card. I am sure many people won’t buy into the benefits of meditation. However, on the flip side, I am sure a lot of people already see the benefits. I think the main thing to note is that if you are a sceptic, it probably won’t work for you. But if you are open to something new, then why not give it a go? Meditation can help to combat stress, slows down biological aging, boosts your mood and improves sleep and memory. So many people swear by it as a way to relax and feel better.

A day in the life of a piste princess with crystal ski #skiexplorer

Hi everyone, 

I'm Laura and welcome to my day. So let's get this day started. You are wondering where I am, aren’t you? , Well here is where I have woken up today with my gorgeous husband. 


The heavenly Bohinj Park Eco hotel, we arrived here at Bohinjska Bistrica village, Slovenia.  Everyone knows Slovenia is the place to be seen this year. After a peaceful flight from Glasgow yesterday.  All organised thought crystalski.co.uk with no stress for me. Let face it who has time to do the leg work when you have crystal ski to do it for you. Luxuary with no stress yes please. My husband was so surprised at the amazing standard of service we have received. He loves the finer things in life. 
Its 730am and it's time to get up. I lift my head from the bed a bit fizzy from last night’s welcome drinks in the cocktail bar, what it would have been rude not to. After a long and luxury shower and I change in to my breakfast outfit. Stylish but practical. 

Breakfast is Devine lots of pastry's and fruit heaven after my champers last night. 
Then it's back to my room which is more of a suite to be honest. It's time to prepare for my first ski lesson which was all organised thought my travel agent de jour crystal ski 
I clicked the first timer’s package option. No lugging about ski at the airport for me. Lift passes sorted and so is ski school. On go's my new ski gear I purchased for the trip. Where would we be without ski and board magazine to tell us the latest styles? I look the part. Now for the hair everyone knows the classic fish tail braid is the way to go, Classy and no chance of a hair out of place on the slopes. 

I have to confess I am a novice having only had a few lessons in the Scottish highlands last year. 
U.K. Skiing is so much fun but the snow was hit and miss, so looking forward to fresh soft powder to cushion my delicate falls. Ok think Bridget Jones. 

After what felt like 5 minutes, why is it when you’re enjoying oneself time fast forwards? It’s time for lunch. My instructor was amazing and I'm snow ploughing like a pro. My confidence booming. Is there anything more thrilling than whizzing down the slopes.

Lunch is at the amazing.  It’s a veggie pizza and hot chocolate for me. My husband chooses something a bit meatier for his lunch. He has not been with me this morning as he is already a skier. So off he went on the slopes for some fun by himself. He comes back with lots of stories of the routes he has done. 

The afternoon is ours we play on the beginner’s routes. My husband is delighted with my progress already. I feel like I'm in a dream world. The views are better than I could have imagined. You feel like you are the top of the world. 

It's time to head back to our hotel as I've booked couples massage for us and my body is thanking me for this. 


I swear this hotel was made for me. I enjoy my poor muscles getting the joyous attention they deserve after an epic day on the slopes. Then we hit the saunas, steam room and pool. 


Now it's back to the room to get ready for a fun night a head. My husband pops the champagne cork with a huge bang. Its defo and instagram moment As I decide what to wear. I'm thinking a nice dress. I choose a black maxi with my tiffany’s necklace and bangle. A fur gilet and I'm ready to apply my make up like a military operation Mac, Dior, urban decay etc. I swear my make-up bag is a who's who of make brands. 

We have a lovely gourmet meal with wine accomplishment. We have an after dinner drink in the cocktail bar, the bartender remembers my cocktail of choice from last night and it's placed in front of me before I even ask. Now that's service. It's now time to see what Bohinjska Bistrica village, has to offer. We go to a couple bars meets some friends who recommend a local night club. So glad I put on this dress. I'm a bit cold but as they say style keeps me warm. 

Off we head in a taxi to the nightclub we dance drink and have a blast. Then it's time to crash out in our beautiful room to do it all again tomorrow.

Fitting Your Hair Extensions: How to Do it Properly

Hi Everyone.

How are you all?

I see so many girls around these days wearing their hair extensions while making it excruciatingly obvious. If you can’t see a clip, then you can always see the step where their real hair starts. Sometimes, in dire situations, you can see both. Tragedy! The idea isn’t just to get length or thickness girls; it’s to make them look as natural as possible. Like your own hair! Here I’m going to give you some tips that will hopefully help you to fit yours properly and make them look natural:

If your hair is short, clip the bottom layer

There is nothing more annoying than seeing somebody wear hair extensions, and notice their actual hair peek through underneath. Usually flicking under making a show of itself. It doesn’t matter how much you straighten it or try to curl it into your hair extensions, it’ll pop out at one time or another. To combat this, clip the bottom layer out of the way using bobby pins, and clip your bottom hair extension over it to give the illusion that it’s the bottom of your hair. It’ll look so much more natural this way and you won’t have any annoying flicky bits. Even if it doesn’t flick, it can be a good idea to clip the layer out of the way anyway if it’s a different length. You don’t want any telltale signs that you’re wearing extensions at all.

Clip them in at an Angle

Instead of clipping your hair extensions in straight across, clip them at an angle ever so slightly. You can create more of a natural, layered look this way without ever going to the hairdressers, and your hair won’t be all choppy and messy!

Backcomb your hair at the root before application

Instead of applying your extensions to clean hair, which can make them slip, backcomb at the root. Simply section off your hair, and use a fine toothed comb to get a good backcomb so the hair stands up on its own. You can watch tutorials of this if you’re unsure. The goal isn’t to make it all stand up as messy as possible, just to get some grip and texture at the root. You can then clip your hair extension in firmly and feel confident that it will stay in place. Just make sure you brush out the backcomb afterwards to avoid doing any damage to your hair.

Don’t Space them Too far Apart

Spacing your hair extensions too far apart can make them look unnatural too. You need to space them out so you can apply to different layers of your hair, but make sure you’re doing it evenly. If you buy quality hair extensions, instructions might even come in the box for you to work with.

Use a Mirror to Make sure You Can’t See Clips

When you’ve done your whole head, don’t get ahead of yourself and leave the house. The first thing you need to do is use a mirror to make sure you can’t see the clips. Check around your whole head, and move your head as you do so to make sure none of them peek through. There’s nothing worse than seeing a girl showing off her hair extension clips while she remains none the wiser. Make sure your hair is smooth as you clip in your hair pieces and you shouldn’t have any problems. Try to make the sections of hair you tie off for clipping as straight as possible too.

Brush Through as You Go Along

As you apply your hair extensions, brush through so they blend in as well as possible with your natural hair. Do it after you apply each section, and then brush through together as a whole at the end. You could even leave them like this if you’re happy with the style!

Blend Your Own Hair

If your hair is quite a bit shorter than the extensions, it’s a good idea to avoid styling it straight. You’ll need to blend your own hair in by curling it or waving it along with the extensions. This will create the illusion of naturally long hair and people won’t be able to tell. Just make sure you use the mirror again when you think you’re finished to ensure that no pieces of hair look out of place.

With practice, you’ll soon be able to fit your hair extensions like a pro. No matter your natural hair length or style, there’s no need for anybody to be able to tell that you’re wearing clip ins!

All The Best Ideas For Working Out At Home

If you read my blog on a regular basis, you will know that I am a real fan of fitness and staying in shape. Recently, I was talking to a friend of mine who mentioned that she has very little time to get to the gym and exercise. This got me thinking about how she could exercise even though she barely had the time to leave the house.

After a lot of thinking, I came up with ideas for how she could workout at home. In case anyone else is in the same position and has no time or money to get to the gym, I thought I would share my ideas with you, here:

Jump rope

You might think that a jump rope is nothing more than a children’s toy, but you couldn’t be more wrong. Believe it or not, a jump rope can be an amazing fitness tool for working out at home, as well as in the gym.

The best thing about exercising with a jump rope is the fact that as well as being a great way to stay in shape, it’s also a lot of fun. Well, for the first few minutes it is, after that, it gets surprisingly difficult.

Step ups

Whether you have stairs in your home or not, step-ups are a great way to stay in shape. If you have stairs anywhere in your home, use these to do step ups each day, while listening to music. If you have a home that is all on one level, all you need is a large book or a chair to do step-ups on.

If you find that you get bored of doing step-ups easily, do them in front of the television. Stick on your favourite program and do your step-ups in front of it. It might be hard work, but the time will pass much more quickly if you are focusing on the television.

Pull-ups

Don’t make the mistake of thinking that pull-ups are only for men because they’re not. If you want to tone your whole body - arms, chest and legs, a pull-up bar is the perfect way to do it. Buy a portable pull-up bar for your home and you can keep your body toned and trim.

The best thing about modern pull up bars is the fact that they are easy to put up and flat pack down, so that they are easy to store. So even if you buy one of these bars for your home, it shouldn’t be in the way.

YouTube Workouts

You probably remember your mum doing fitness videos at home when you were a child, am I right? These types of workouts are ideal for staying in shape at home, as they are designed to be done in a small space.

The only difference between the workouts your mum used to do and the ones that you can do is the fact that hers were on video. Whereas, you can get your workouts for free from YouTube.

Even if you have no time or money to go to the gym, you can still ensure that you stay in shape with these tips and ideas.

My must have diet and fitness drinks & shakes

Today I have been thinkg about my must have go to items for fitness and diet nutrition.  
 O.R.S Hydration tablets I have these in my bag all the time. I get them on amazon save and subscribe so they are super cheap and come every month. My only critisum is that they only have the lemon flavor. I do like this one but sometimes I wish I could try the other flavours they have. 
 when I'm working out I find a lose alot of hydration that I just cant get back without these little beauties. I really feel hydrated and refreshed after I have these.
