It's my week one review! Woop woop!
So I know what your all wondering what have I lost well I've lost 2kg or 4.4lbs which I'm pretty happy with! As you know I'm losing weight for my wedding. I have a wee confession now I am normally like a good work out but I've been full of the cold so haven't started working out till today. So 2kg with no workout is amazing for me.
Now you know I'm alway honest with you so here is what I did this morning which panicked me!
Your going to say oh dear! I jumped on my scales just out the shower to weight myself ( I had to buy scales) but I wrapped my hair in a towel and I was like nooo I've gained weight! (Wet towel on head) epic fail! Towel off and I had lost weight ooophs
Here is a typical day for me.
Coca nib porridge made with water. This is surprisingly sweet and tasty.
Lunch time was pea and ham soup. I love this soup
My snack oat bar with chocolate. This curbs my chocolate cravings!
And I've swapped normal tea and milk for chia and white tea
I normally have a apple, clementines or berries to snack on as I need my vitamins!
