The best sports Nutrition.

As you may know, today I am heading to Andorra. For a few weeks of mountain biking in the Pyrenees Mountains range. I get asked a lot about how I manage to keep my stamina up and do day after day of downhill mountain biking.

I want to introduce you to my new favourite brand for sports nutrition  Scitec Nutrition. If you have followed me for a while you will know. I have tried a lot of nutrition brands. Let me tell you a bit about them. You all know I love a bit of history. Scitec Nutrition was founded in 1996. It has had 20 years of success in the nutrition industry. It is known for high-quality ingredients, quality control testing affordable pricing and it's Unique Product Tracking Code.

What is the Unique Product Tracking Code?
It is a code on each product, where you can track the ingredients from the plant to your shelf. I know of no other company in the fitness industry, where you can actually trace the roots of the product, so you know exactly what you are getting. This offers us the customer complete transparency and Scitec Nutrition accountability. I think this is amazing. Have you ever really thought about where a product has come from?

Now I have filled you in on why I completely trust Scitec Nutrition. I want to talk to you about their
Athletic Line. For this trip, I have packed Active Morning, Isotec race, and Nem forte.

I use Active morning as my breakfast. I am staying in our van conversion and all you need for this breakfast is to add water and blend or use a shaker. It's so simple. perfect for taking away with you.  It comes in strawberry or chocolate £15.99 per tub. I am more of a strawberry girl in the morning. It is crammed packed with oats and whey protein. I need a protein hit in the morning before a big day on the bike and this hits the spot every time. The oats give me slow releasing energy and the whey protein gets me more alert and ready for my day ahead. As you know I am a huge fan of Whey protein for maintaining and improving muscles and keeping bones healthy and happy.

Isotec Race £16.99
This stuff is worth its weight in gold. It comes in orange, lemon and raspberry flavour. This is what keeps me on my bike. You mix half a scoop into your water bottle and this gives me electrolytes, carbohydrates, potassium magnesium and vitamin C. This mixture helps the body to absorb more water. As you can imagine in a hot country doing long days on your bike can really dehydrate you. The potassium helps your muscle and nervous system to function at full speed. I find This helps me ride for longer periods than when I don't have this with me. Who doesn't want to get more runs in?

Nem fort £16.49 for 36 tablets
Shh don't tell anyone but I am not as young as I used to be. I have a magnesium deficiency. My body needs more of it than the average Joe. So I like to take this supplement to top up my levels. It contains magnesium, vitamin C, and NEM® Natural Eggshell Membrane. This amazing blend helps to maintain normal bone function as well as helping connective tissue and cartilage. Basically what you put under strain when biking. We all know the wonders of vitamin C from helping to produce collagen to fighting the evil free radicals. I don't need to harp on about this to you.

I find for me. These three products really help me maintain my biking and keep me healthy on my bike. As I said I am not as young as I used to be and I really like to look after my body and help in any way I can to keep injury and illness free. You can not do a strenuous sport like downhill mountain biking and expect your body to keep going without a bit of help. I always think it's like topping up a car engine. You wouldn't let you can run with our fuel or oil so why let your body run without what it requires to keep in tip-top condition. I can not recommend Scitec Nutrition enough. Get over there and have a look for yourself. You don't have to just believe me check out what  athleticsweekly.com is saying about the athletic line.
